Description
The NVF3-MOH-5/2-K-1/4-EX is an electrically actuated 5/2- or 3/2-way solenoid valve designed for use in hazardous or explosive environments, with full ATEX and UKEX compliance. Offering a standard flow rate of 900 l/min, this valve supports NAMUR mounting, making it highly compatible with process automation equipment.
Featuring a soft-sealing poppet seat design and mechanical spring reset, it ensures reliable switching performance with fast actuation times (50 ms ON / 100 ms OFF). The valve meets VDI/VDE 3845 (NAMUR) interface standards and has corrosion resistance class CRC 1, making it suitable for low-corrosion industrial environments.
This unit requires a separately ordered solenoid coil, allowing for tailored configurations. It supports operation in Zones 1/21 and 2/22, and is rated for both gas and dust explosion protection (Ex h IIC and IIIC). The valve is suitable for compressed air systems per ISO 8573-1:2010 [7:4:4], with the option for lubricated operation.
