The Semikron Danfoss SKKQ 45/12 is a thyristor module in a compact SEMIPACK 0 housing, designed for reliable and efficient power control in industrial and commercial applications. With a load current of 45A, a voltage rating of 1200V, and a forward impulse current capacity of 470A, it delivers robust performance even in demanding environments.
