The Soliphant FTM51 is a robust vibronic point level switch for use in silos containing fine-grained solids and powders, even with very low bulk density. It is ideally suited for applications such as cereals, flour, cocoa, sugar, animal feed, chalk, dye powders, and similar bulk materials.
The FTM51 operates without the need for calibration and is unaffected by build-up, dust, or external vibration. It provides reliable switching for solids with a minimum density as low as 10 g/l, with short fork options for denser products. Available in stainless steel versions with optional PTFE or ETFE coatings for anti-build-up or corrosion resistance.
With a tube extension up to 4000 mm (6000 mm on request) and global hazardous area certifications, the Soliphant FTM51 is designed for demanding process conditions, ensuring high operational reliability in safety-critical applications.
