The IXYS MCD162-16IO1 is a robust SCR Thyristor Module engineered for high-current and high-voltage applications. With a rated average on-state current of 190A and a repetitive peak reverse/forward blocking voltage of 1600V, it is designed for demanding power control environments such as motor drives, inverters, and industrial heating systems.
