The SER8350A0B11 belongs to the SER8300 family of room controllers designed for line-voltage fan coil applications. Its sleek white fascia blends easily with modern interiors, while the color touchscreen interface supports multiple languages, ensuring easy access for building occupants and facility managers. Equipped with built-in temperature and humidity sensors, the controller provides precise control with an accuracy of ±0.5 °C for temperature and ±5–10% RH for humidity. Its temperature setpoint range is 12…37.5 °C for cooling and 4.5…32 °C for heating, and it can display temperatures down to –40 °C. Three digital inputs, 5 analog inputs, and multiple relay and universal outputs allow integration with fan coil units and related HVAC systems.
The controller communicates using BACnet MS/TP and Modbus RTU protocols, ensuring compatibility with a variety of building management systems. It supports fan control, economizer functions, humidity control, and can be firmware updated via USB.
