Description
The Schneider Electric LRD350 TeSys LRD thermal overload relay is designed to protect 3-phase motors from overload, phase failure, and current imbalance. With a thermal setting range of 37 to 50A and tripping class 10A, it is ideal for safeguarding motors up to 22 kW at 400V.
This relay features a differential protection mechanism that detects phase loss and load imbalance, ensuring enhanced motor protection and preventing costly equipment damage. It includes a thermal adjustment dial for precise current setting, along with a manual/automatic reset selector to suit different operational needs.
For ease of use and maintenance, the unit is equipped with a test selector for trip simulation, reset and stop buttons, and a clear trip indicator flag. Built-in auxiliary contacts (1NO + 1NC) provide reliable fault signalling for system integration and monitoring.
Designed for seamless integration, the LRD350 connects directly to the bottom terminals of compatible Schneider Electric TeSys D contactors (LC1D40A to LC1D80A). It can also be mounted separately using DIN rail or screw fixing with an optional terminal block.
Compliant with international standards (IEC, UL, CSA, CCC, EAC, Marine) and Green Premium (RoHS/REACH), this overload relay offers durability, safety, and global acceptance for industrial motor protection applications.
