Description
The TeSys LRD Thermal Overload Relay (23…32 A, Class 10A) is designed to provide precise and reliable protection for 3-phase motors up to 15 kW at 400V. With a thermal setting range of 23 to 32 A, it safeguards motors from overloads, phase failure, and load imbalance.
This differential thermal relay is equipped with a thermal adjustment dial, manual/automatic reset selector, test button for trip simulation, reset and stop functions, and a fault flag indicator. It includes two auxiliary contacts (1 NO + 1 NC) for efficient fault signaling. Settings are protected by a transparent, sealable cover to prevent tampering.
The device connects directly to the bottom terminals of LC1D25 to LC1D38 contactors via screw clamp terminals. It supports both DIN rail and screw mounting and can be installed separately using the LAD7B205 terminal block (sold separately). Compliant with global standards (IEC, UL, CSA, CCC, EAC, ATEX, Marine) and Schneider Electric’s Green Premium (RoHS/REACH), the relay offers durable, sustainable performance in demanding environments.
