Description
The TeSys LRD Thermal Overload Relay (0.63…1 A, Class 10A) is designed for the effective protection of 3-phase motors from overload conditions, phase loss, and overheating. Suitable for motors rated between 0.25 kW and 0.37 kW at 400V, this device offers Class 10A tripping characteristics and a highly adjustable thermal setting range from 0.63 A to 1 A.
This relay features a manual/automatic reset selector, thermal adjustment dial, a test selector to simulate tripping, and dedicated reset and stop buttons. A fault indicator flag and auxiliary contacts (1 NO + 1 NC) allow for immediate fault signaling. The settings are safeguarded under a transparent cover, which can be sealed for security.
It connects directly to the bottom terminals of 3-pole LC1D09 to LC1D38 TeSys contactors via screw clamp terminals. The unit can be mounted on DIN rail or fixed using screws and may be installed separately from the contactor using terminal block LAD7B106 (sold separately). Compliant with international standards (IEC, UL, CSA, CCC, EAC, ATEX, Marine) and part of the Green Premium program (RoHS/REACH), this relay is both safe and environmentally responsible.
