Description
The QS-10 Push-in Connector from Festo is a straight, compact fitting designed for quick and secure connection of 10 mm outer diameter pneumatic tubing. Utilizing the push-pull principle, it enables fast and tool-free assembly, making it ideal for applications requiring easy maintenance and setup.
Built with PBT housing, high-alloy stainless steel claws, and a blue POM releasing ring, the QS-10 is RoHS-compliant and supports operation under a wide range of temperatures (-10 °C to 80 °C) and pressures. It operates safely with compressed air and ice-free water, with a maximum pressure rating of 1.4 MPa (203 psi) under temperature-dependent conditions.
This connector also complies with cleanroom standards (ISO Class 4) and LABS (PWIS) conformity to VDMA24364-B1/B2-L, making it suitable for sensitive or semi-clean environments.
