The SKF TWIM 15/230V induction heater is a compact and versatile solution for bearing mounting in workshops or field environments. Designed to handle bearings and other ring-shaped metallic components weighing up to 20 kg, it combines portability with powerful and safe heating performance. Its smart operating software automatically adjusts heating speed and power based on the component size, ensuring efficiency and reliability.
Equipped with automatic temperature and time control, the TWIM 15 allows heating up to 200 °C with steps as fine as 1 °C. Multiple power modes make it suitable for both standard and sensitive bearings, including those with reduced clearance. The integrated thermometer mode, magnetic probe, and demagnetisation function enhance accuracy and safety during operation.
Built with a glassfiber-reinforced housing, the TWIM 15 is lightweight yet durable. It requires no support yokes, making setup and operation simple. Delivered with gloves, probe, and power cable in the package, it offers a complete ready-to-use solution for industrial, maintenance, and field service applications.
