Description
The Omron 3G3MX2-A4022-E is a compact, high-performance inverter drive designed to deliver reliable motor control in industrial automation environments. With support for 2.2 kW heavy-duty (5.5 A) and 3.0 kW normal-duty (6.9 A) operation, it is ideal for powering small to medium-sized motors in conveyors, pumps, fans, and other machinery.
Equipped with open-loop V/f and sensorless vector control, the MX2 ensures precise torque and speed regulation, even under dynamic load conditions. It supports a maximum output frequency of 580 Hz, making it suitable for both standard-speed and high-speed applications.
The A4022-E model includes integrated braking resistance and supports 4-quadrant operation, enhancing performance, safety, and energy efficiency. With built-in RS-485 MODBUS communication and expansion options such as EtherCAT, EtherNet/IP, DeviceNet, PROFIBUS, and MECHATROLINK II, it integrates seamlessly into a wide range of industrial control networks.
Compact in design (128 × 171 × 171 mm) and lightweight (1.82 kg), the MX2 inverter drive fits easily into control panels while offering robust performance with IP20 protection for industrial environments.
