The Schneider Electric Altivar Machine ATV320 (ATV320U30N4C) is a high-performance variable speed drive designed for use with 3-phase synchronous and asynchronous motors. Supporting motors up to 3kW (4HP) and voltage ranges from 380V to 500V AC, it’s built to meet the rigorous demands of OEMs across multiple industrial sectors, including packaging, hoisting, textile, and material handling.

Thanks to its compact design, the drive can be vertically stacked in machine enclosures, optimizing space usage. With IEC 60721-3-3 Class 3C3 conformal coated PCBs and operation in ambient temperatures up to 60°C without external cooling, it delivers exceptional reliability even in harsh environments.

Equipped with sensorless flux vector control, the ATV320 ensures precise speed and torque regulation, even at low speeds. It also supports high-speed motor applications, parallel motor operation, and energy-saving open-loop synchronous motor control. Safety is a priority, with 5 integrated safety functions configurable via SoMove software, helping to meet stringent machine safety standards.

Fully compatible with Schneider’s EcoStruxure™ Machine platform, this drive integrates easily through DTM, enabling remote configuration, control, and diagnostics via SoMachine and SoMove.
