Altistart 48 Soft Starter – ATS48C66Q

The ATS48C66Q is a high-capacity soft starter from the Altistart 48 series, designed for heavy-duty control of three-phase asynchronous motors in industrial environments. With a rated current of 605 A, it supports motor power ratings from 160 to 500 kW depending on wiring configuration and application severity.

Operating within a 230 to 415 V AC power supply range and 50/60 Hz frequency, this unit features 6 integrated thyristors to enable smooth torque-controlled starts and stops. This minimizes mechanical stress, prevents water hammer in pumping systems, and extends equipment lifespan.

Ideal for use in centrifugal machines, fans, compressors, conveyors, and pumps, it serves industries such as construction, food and beverage, and chemicals. The Altistart 48 offers advanced protection and communication functions, including direct Modbus connectivity and optional integration with Ethernet, Profibus DP, DeviceNet, and Fipio via separate communication modules.
