AccuSine PCS+ Active Harmonic Filter – PCSP300D5IP54

The AccuSine PCS+ Active Harmonic Filter, part of the AccuSine range, is an advanced power quality management solution designed to stabilize electrical networks in demanding industrial environments. It actively mitigates harmonics, improves power factor, and balances loads to enhance the overall efficiency and reliability of electrical systems.

This solution is specifically engineered for harsh electrical conditions and mission-critical industrial applications. It connects to low-voltage networks rated between 380 V and 480 V and provides a standard RMS output current rating of 300 A. The system achieves high performance with total harmonic distortion current (THDi) ≤ 3%, helping ensure compliance with modern power quality standards.

The unit features a floor-standing enclosure with IP54 ingress protection, making it suitable for industrial installations. The enclosure allows cable entry from either the top or bottom, providing flexible installation options. The exterior is finished in RAL7035 light grey, a standard industrial cabinet color.

For large installations, the system supports parallel operation of up to 10 units, allowing compensation levels of up to 3000 A per CT set, making it scalable for large electrical networks.

The AccuSine PCS+ is certified and designed according to several international standards including CE, UL, IBC 2015 AC156, EAC, RCM, and complies with IEC 62477-1, IEC 61000-6-2, IEC 61000-6-4, IEC 61439-1, UL508, and IEEE 519-2014, ensuring reliable and compliant operation in critical power systems.
