Description
The VZ219E-20BP09 Zone Valve is a compact linear 2-way control valve engineered for accurate regulation of hot and chilled water in HVAC systems such as fan coil units, chilled ceilings, and other terminal units.
Designed to work with the MZ200 series electro-mechanical actuators, the valve supports both 3-point floating and modulating control, enabling precise hydronic performance. Its 5.5 mm stroke length, combined with high-resolution actuators, ensures smooth and accurate flow regulation.
The valve features a double O-ring sealing design on the plug, providing a leak-tight seal on both ports and preventing energy loss due to leakage. It is constructed with a durable brass body and uses external male threaded connections (G 3/4A) compliant with ISO 228/1 (flat face seal), allowing easy integration with piping systems.
With a flow coefficient of 6 Kvs and a pressure rating of PN16, the valve is suitable for a range of HVAC applications. It supports multiple fluid types, including water and glycol mixtures (up to 50%), making it versatile for different system requirements.
