The Megadyne SPA2082 Oleostatic Gold Wedge Belt is engineered for industrial applications requiring reliable, efficient, and durable power transmission. Belonging to the Oleostatic Gold range, this belt provides 30% more power transmission capacity than standard Oleostatic belts, allowing for smaller pulley systems, reduced installation costs, and greater energy efficiency.
Its construction incorporates a halogen-free, RoHS-compliant compound designed for long service life and improved operational safety. The belt is built with a double fabric cover ply (CR dip) for surface protection, an SBR compound top and bottom cushion reinforced with fibers, and a high-strength polyester tensile cord for excellent dimensional stability. The body compound, made from polychloroprene (CR), provides resilience against wear and environmental stresses.
