Description
The TeSys LRD Thermal Overload Relay (1…1.6 A, Class 10A) offers high-performance motor protection for 3-phase motors up to 0.55 kW at 400V. Designed with precision and safety in mind, this differential thermal overload relay features phase-failure sensitivity, load unbalance detection, and class 10A tripping characteristics.
It includes a thermal adjustment dial, manual/automatic reset selector, test simulation button, fault indicator flag, and dual auxiliary contacts (1NO + 1NC) for signaling. Its transparent cover ensures secure settings, lockable with a sealing mechanism.
Engineered for seamless integration, it directly connects to LC1D09 to LC1D38 3-pole TeSys contactors using screw clamp terminals. Flexible mounting options include DIN rail or screw fixing, with optional remote mounting via terminal block LAD7B106 (sold separately). Fully certified to global standards (IEC, UL, CSA, CCC, EAC, ATEX, Marine) and compliant with Green Premium eco-design (RoHS/REACH), this relay delivers dependable, sustainable protection in industrial environments.
